Impressed with the initial results, 3WO expanded their usage to include Soigné's automated hiring, drastically reducing paperwork. Also, 3WO implemented a scalable, decentralized strategy where location managers, rather than central HR, handle applications and create contracts, with HQ still responsible for checking, sending and signing. Evolving partnership

A true test of our partnership came when 3WO acquired a restaurant group that required processing over 200 employee addenda.
