    • have a profile in our systems
    • create an account to manage your profile (when this feature becomes available)

Which personal data do we process?

  • To process your feedback: collecting and analysing your comments, suggestions, and ratings about our services, using your feedback to improve our platform, and following up on your input when necessary

We process your personal data only when we have a valid legal basis under GDPR. The following grounds are relevant for our processing activities:

  • Performance of our agreement: Processing necessary to perform an agreement we have with you (like managing your job applications, profile and account)
  • Consent: Processing based on your explicit permission (like sending newsletters or using non-essential cookies)
  • Legitimate Interests: Processing based on our justified business interests that don't override your privacy rights (like improving our services based on usage data, feedback and ensuring platform security)

How long do we process your personal data?

  • We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes they were collected for.
  • If you have a profile with us, you can submit a profile deletion request directly to us, or if you have account management access, you can delete your profile and account yourself through your settings. Either method will completely remove all your personal data from our systems. Please note that this only applies to data we control and are data controller for - employers process your data under their own privacy statement.

  • Right to Rectification: You have the right to correct or supplement any personal data we process about you if it is incorrect or incomplete.
