Soigné has a founding team of seven. This oddly big number emerged naturally. Before founding Soigné, we built Formitable together. When Formitable was acquired, we reunited to take on a new challenge. So, Soigné was a team before it became a company. We deeply cherish this foundation.

Soigné is for restaurateurs and HR teams that care about culture

HR software is notoriously boring to use. That's because it's built for administrative tasks rather than delivering a helpful experience. When people don't use, or dislike using, these tools, it holds back an industry already facing numerous challenges. Unwilling to accept this status quo, we decided to build something better: software that teams would actually enjoy using. We named it Soigné to signify quality.

What began as a simple recruitment widget has evolved into a complete HR platform that streamlines workflows across the entire employee journey. We don't view Soigné as merely a better "tool" but as a new and better "way" to run HR, one that prioritises people experience.
